State the amount and currency of the artist offer. You can describe the expenses covered by the promoter below.

Three-letter code, such as USD, EUR or MXN.
Detailed offerTiming, venue, ticketing, company, references and expenses.
04Timing & performance

Help place the performance within the event schedule.

State the duration in minutes.
05Venue & production

Share the location details and the production contact. Use links for documents.

Street, unit, city, state or region, postal code and country.
Include the unit: km or miles.
Production manager’s name, email and phone number.
06Ticketing

For ticketed events, include the vendor, their contact and the price structure.

Vendor name, contact name and email.
List each tier, its price and the number of tickets.
Include the currency.
07The promoter company

Company details provide context for the offer.

Registration type and ID: SAT, SURI, RUTH or other.
You can note if it is the same as the physical address.
08Business references

Include up to three references with their name, company, email and phone.

09Expenses covered by the promoter

Keep these expenses separate from the proposed artist fee.

Flights, hotel, ground transportation and per diem. Describe what applies.
